Refund policy

14-day right of withdrawal
If you live in the EU, you can change your mind and return your order within 14 days from the day you receive it. You don't need to give a reason.

To return something, email us within the 14 days with your order number and the items you want to send back. We'll reply with the return address. Please don't send anything back before you've heard from us.

Condition of returned items
You're welcome to check the product the way you would in a shop. If it comes back used beyond that or damaged, we may reduce the refund to cover the loss in value.

Return shipping
You pay the cost of sending a return back, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

Refunds
We refund the full amount for the returned items, including the original standard shipping, within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may wait until the item is back with us or you've shown proof it's on its way. Refunds go to your original payment method.

Faulty or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you at no cost. This doesn't limit your rights under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen) or other consumer law where you live.
